Enhanced and Transformed: Tales from the Digital Age
This one-day conference, held at the Greenwich campus, is an opportunity for presenters and delegates to share their personal and institutional stories of how technology has enhanced and transformed learning and teaching practices from across all education and training sectors.
The Conference organisers see practice as being enhanced when there is evidence of continual change that improves or benefits learners' experiences. Within a context where there has been a systematic process of continuous enhancement over a period of time, it is suggested that practices become transformed, unrecognisable from their earlier forms, providing new and novel experiences through the innovative use of learning technologies.
This conference brings together practitioners, researchers, students, and managers who have engaged with information and communications technologies with the intention of enhancing learning and transforming practice.
Throughout the Conference participants will be invited to reflect on
- what success looks like when you engage with an enhancement initiative;
- what the evidence of impact on learning outcomes is;
- how to ensure the enhancements are embedded, sustainable, and lead to transformation.
