The program will feature keynote presentations by prominent researchers in the field. The two Conference strands encompass "Educational Technology" and the "Application of Information Technology".

The best paper will receive an award, and all accepted papers are published in the regular issue of Journals. (What is "Journals"?). ETT was started in 2008, and the previous events were held in Shanghai (2008), Sanya, China (2009).

The general chair is Prof. Honghua Tan of the Wuhan Institute of Technology, China, and the general co-chairs are Prof. Qihai Zhou of the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China, Prof. Junwu Zhu of Yangzhou University, China, and Prof. Peide Liu, Shang Dong Economic University, China.
