Randstad Joins CrossKnowledge Customer Base

Partially using CrossKnowledge solutions, the Learning & Development department at Randstad Belgium provides ninety percent of the company's training solutions to ensure that the learning programmes implemented represent the main pillar in the development of its people, a consideration that is central to Randstad's core values.
It is also crucial for Randstad to see its key managers develop critical skills. As Randstad works with relatively young managers (especially in the field), a strong focus on building broader internal capabilities is particularly desirable.
