Focus of the Conference
This interdisciplinary conference focuses on the exchange of relevant trends and research results and presents practical experiences gained while developing and testing elements of interactive computer-aided learning. Pilot projects, applications, and products are also welcome. The Conference language is English.

The Conference is organized by UFSC/SC - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina/Brazil in cooperation with Brazilian Ministry of Education, International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE), International Journal of Computing and Information Sciences (IJCIS) and International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning (iJET).
General Chair of ICBL 2009 is Alice Theresinha Cybis Pereira (Brazil), and the Conference Co-Chair is Andreas Pester (Austria). The Scientific Advisory Board is headed by Michael E. Auer and includes Golberi de Salvador Ferreira and David Guralnick.
