The event focuses on the management of data, information, documents, and multimedia files, as well as on intangibles like competence, emotions, and personal values. The official conference language is Italian.

Invited for presentation are papers of original research with a scientific approach to knowledge management from a cultural, organizational, or technological point of view. Possible topic include knowledge management scenarios, strategies, methodologies, technologies, applications, processes, solutions, best practice, and experiences able to increase the competitiveness of organisations through the development of professional knowledge management.
