Some of key findings from the 2014 audit across 200+ HR, L&D professionals and C-level executives included

• 92% of organisations have already introduced some form of eLearning
• 79% of organisations allow mobile devices at work, but just 32% use mobile learning
• The main barrier to mobile learning is "corporate data-security issues" (23%).
• 63% plan to increase the proportion of their eLearning budget by 2017

This year’s survey will cover five sections: eLearning and blended learning; business communication in the cloud era; big data and HR analytics; mobile, social and informal learning; and the future of talent management.
