Exaltive enhances MLI’s existing Management Coach just-in-time solutions with in-video navigation, table of contents, pop-up summary documents, self-assessment quizzes, and more, all accessible without ever leaving the video player. These features enrich the viewing experience, making it more personal and effective.
MLI’s extensive Management Coach library provides video-based solutions that address more than eighty percent of common and challenging workplace people problems in under five minutes. The library will be available through the Exaltive HR suite, which lets customers embed videos in their existing HR portal or email communications. Customers can further enhance the video experience with branding, added commentary, and text that makes the content truly customized for their employee needs. Additionally, Exaltive analytics shows viewing history and how employees engage with the clickable interactions. The Exaltive HR suite includes Designer, Interactive Player, Portal Integration Adapter, Analytics, and HR Video Library.
