The aim of CICE is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap while promoting research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy.

Over the years, the CICE has proven to be a prime international forum for both researchers and industry practitioners to exchange information on the latest fundamental advances and the state of the art of practice in pedagogy, the arts, history, open learning, distance education, math and science education, ICT, language learning, education (early year, secondary, post secondary and higher), and eLearning.
