Know How! AG Wins Prestigious Chinese eLearning Award

Stuttgart (GER), January 2013 - Know How! AG prevailed against its competitors at the Chinese Booaoo Award 2012, winning three prizes in two categories: "Best graphic design 2012" and "Best learning program".




Booaoo is an honor awarded by the China Online Edu and granted at the China enterprise eLearning forum and exhibition (CEEFE). Know How! AG prevailed against approximately one hundred competitors with its project "Siemens InVitro" (category "Best graphic design") and the projects "Office for new users" and "Bosch Corporate Design" (category "Best learning program 2012".)

According to the decision-making jury of the Chinese eLearning and continuing education sector, convincing graphic display, felicitous interaction, and the consistent practical application were the crucial criteria mentioned in the award ceremony.

There were many reasons why "Office for new users" scored so well: a simulation of the program interface that is one-hundred percent true to the original; the highest possible interactivity; an intelligent multi-step feedback system; and individual educational paths tailored to suit the need; as well as tests at the end of each chapter, final tests, and certification tests.

The jury was elated by the WBT "Bosch Corporate Design" and its many animations, plus its high percentage of exercises.

The WBT "In Vitro Diagnostic" for Siemens impressed the judges in the design category by a well-done optical content display, role design of the characters, as well as the manuscript and the high- quality learning design. This course informs employees about the most important In-Vitro-Diagnostic techniques. To transmit the knowledge as practically as possible, re-enacted patient histories were being developed. This sort of case-based approaching illustrates a clearer display of the techniques.
