Do Less Training; Do More Performance Support
As the forgetting curve reduces the effect of training delivered prior to the go-live date of a software change, it is important to be able to support employees in their “moment of need”.
TT Guide, the innovative performance-support system leads employees reliably through and directly inside IT applications and business processes. It enables individuals to answer their questions where they arise: in their workplace. The results are impressive: Employees become more efficient and there is less pressure on the helpdesk, which also drives down IT-support costs.
In addition, TTS and Skillset will demonstrate how the seamless integration of performance support and content production right through to learning-management systems (LMS) works.
Developers from TTS will be on hand at the event to demonstrate the power of the TT Performance Suite authoring tool and performance-support system, while SkillSet will provide their experience, advice, and guidance in use of TT Performance Suite in project implementation.
Learning Live 2014 takes place at 155 Bishopsgate, London, 10-11 September. TTS and SkillSet can be found at Stand 28 and will give delegates the opportunity to see TT Guide in action, discuss projects with clients, and answer any questions.
