Lord Robert Winston to Speak at LEARNING LIVE
Birmingham (UK), June 2011 - Truly a "Renaissance Man", Lord Robert Winston is an educator, doctor, scientist, politician, and television presenter. He will be delivering a keynote presentation at LEARNING LIVE on 14 September, focusing on the science behind learning, drawing on his many areas of expertise and inspirational life experiences.
LEARNING LIVE is a two-day event taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 13-14 September. It opens with a free exhibition and seminar followed by a gala networking dinner. Day two plays host to a full conference schedule with fifteen focus sessions and the keynote address from Lord Robert Winston.
A seasoned and popular television presenter, Lord Winston wrote and presented Superhuman, The Secret Life of Twins, Child of Our Time, and the BAFTA-Award-winning The Human Body. More recently Lord Winston appeared on Channel 4's Jamie's Dream School, where he taught a class of GCSE students about the wonders of human DNA.
