Exchange 2011: Best Practices & Performance Management
The Exchange 2011 forums, which are free, are live interactive events where delegates can engage in discussions with eLearning experts about the challenges and opportunities that organisations face in training and talent development. The forums will also provide delegates with an exclusive opportunity to hear about the latest eLearning trends and products, and to discuss how the latest technologies and blended-learning techniques can best be employed to meet the needs of the modern learner.
The forums will be held in Cologne, Germany; Rome, Italy; Chongqing, China; Paris, France; and Madrid, Spain in the period from 21 - 29 September 2011.
Armin Hopp, founder and President of dp, comments, "To secure and maintain a competitive edge in today's fast-paced global business environment, it is critical for organisations to drive performance by providing the best possible training for their employees. This can include job-specific skills, knowledge of industry compliance matters, or learning a new language so that the front-line staff can be more effective."
Exchange 2011 will provide industry professionals with a unique, interactive forum to find out about the very latest topics, trends, and issues in workforce learning. It will also allow delegates to hear first hand how learning strategies are being applied to deliver real, tangible results.
