Conference on Information and Communication Tools
The event continues the long tradition of ICT conferences, initiated by INSA-Rouen in 1998 and followed by the University of Technology in Troyes in 2000, the University of Technology in Compiègne in 2004, Institut National Polytechnique of Toulouse in 2006, and the Telecom Institute in 2008.
The topics of ICT 2010, tools 4 ICT & ICT 4 all, demonstrate the organisers' desire to make this event the leading location for the exchange of expertise of the international academic community.
The conference focuses on papers containing research results in information technologies, their evolution, and their use for learning and training in higher education and companies. It is also a venue for sharing experiences regarding the uses of ICT in higher education and vocational training.
