Support for the SAP implementation via TT Knowledge Force (TTKF), TTS's training concept, enables self-study, allowing independent knowledge acquisition both in centralized departments and at all branches.

The measures taken with TTKF had the following outcomes:

• creation of 600 user handbooks and interactive eLearning units
• translation of the content into various language versions
• structuring of the training content in role-specific courses, taking into account the end user's individual requirements
• linking of the content in a tree structure
• publication of courses and their content on the internet portal for direct access from the workplace
• direct access to information content from within the SAP environment via a context- sensitive help function

Following the initial onsite training, employees who took part in the program can educate themselves independently, without having to rely on continuous support from the trainers.
