SaaS eLearning Platform in High Demand

Milan (IT), June 2012 - In its first 120 days, Docebo Cloud, an eLearning platform delivered "as a service", has been chosen by more than 5,000 organizations worldwide, thus growing by 500%. Docebo was released on "GetApp", the independent cloud business apps marketplace, where it has received an overall nine out of ten rating.

Docebo Cloud is an eLearning platform delivered "as a service" that features a free library of courses already included. The library has been identified by GetApp as one of the app's most interesting features and one that distinguishes it from other industry solutions.

"We designed our LMS to connect customers with service in two ways: optimizing time-to-market of training solutions and providing a set of free courses intended to match SMEs' standard training needs", says Claudio Erba, CEO of Docebo.

Companies and organizations can activate Docebo Cloud from the docebo.com website. It requires a one-minute installation "on the cloud" that allows the creation of immediate-to-deliver training projects. The free courses include topics like health and safety, business English, and IT security.

"We are getting lots of positive feedback from Docebo Cloud users, and we are still working hard to improve our eLearning platform, as new features and interface improvements will be released very soon. Our main goal is to make eLearning easy, and, according to independent reviews already published on the web, I am sure we are on the right path", states Claudio Erba.

Docebo achieved the following ratings from GetApp

  • overall: 9/10
  • ease of use 4.5/5
  • features 4.5/5
  • value 3.5/5
  • ease of deployment 4.5/5

"If you have trainees in need of training and a limited budget with which to purchase the technology and hire permanent trainers, then Docebo is definitely for your business", says the GetApp reviewer. "Docebo's best features include versatility in creating online courses, the ability to track trainees, and the free library of online courses."
