New eLearning Network Board Director
It exists to provide guidance on best practice and future eLearning trends in work-based learning and development.
The eLN appointed seven new Directors this year who join the Board in offering guidance, advice, and expertise to the learning community as well as in helping to steer the organisation.
Alison Mitchell-Innes, Brightwave's Director of Talent, said, "We are delighted that Caroline has been elected to join the eLN Board; it’s a great opportunity for her to impart her extensive knowledge of online learning and share her experience. She is a respected member of our expert team who I know will be a valuable asset to the eLN community."
Caroline Freeman commented, "I was over the moon to hear of the voting result. It's a privilege to join the eLN Board, and I'm excited at the prospect of working with the eLN community to explore future trends in technology-based learning."
Caroline has worked at Brightwave as both a Project Manager and Learning Designer, creating effective and engaging learning solutions. She has over twenty years' experience in interactive media and broadcast TV. Having seen the career development benefits that networking brings for people in these industries, she draws on this experience to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the eLN to meet the continually changing needs of its membership.
