NetDimensions Enters the Nordic Market
"By expanding our presence, we make sure that we are able to better serve existing and new large enterprise clients in different European markets," said Liam Butler, General Manager for EMEA at NetDimensions.
NetDimensions serves large companies in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, energy, and aviation to help them meet their global regulatory and industry-specific compliance challenges. NetDimensions’ clients in Europe include Fresenius Medical Care, ING, Finnair Flight Academy, DB Schenker Logistics, and Bosch Security Systems.
"The Nordic countries have large global businesses, many of which operate in highly regulated industries. These companies have a strong need to build an integrated global-learning and talent organisation to reach their business goals and to be able to compete in the global marketplace," continued Butler.
NetDimensions has appointed Mads Høj Jensen as the Sales Director for Nordic countries. Jensen has over ten years of experience in the Nordic learning and talent-management market, including consulting and sales roles in learning, recruiting, and training industries.
"Companies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland are willing to invest in their human-capital development in order to better respond to the challenges of shortage of critical business skills and ensure they meet compliance requirements," noted Jensen.
"These organisations are looking for integrated learning and talent-management solutions that support their strategic business objectives. At the moment there is an increasing demand for enterprise learning and talent-management solution providers that understand these specific client needs and that are able to help organisations in the Nordics run their businesses efficiently."
