Leading Middle East Bank QNB Picks CM Group

Bristol (UK), October 2013 - QNB is the largest bank in the Middle East and North Africa and has recently been recognised as the "world's strongest bank- by analysts Bloomberg. The bank (formerly Qatar National Bank) has chosen CM Group, one of the UK's largest providers of bespoke eLearning courseware, to design and build a range of HTML5 eLearning courses for its new staff across the Middle East. The courses will initially be available in English and Arabic and will be delivered from CM Group's hosted, cloud-based learning-management system, Luminosity Reach.

CM Group will be developing an innovative 3D interface to the learning-management system that adds elements of investigation and gamification to the learning process to help engage as well as train learners.

Simon Jefferies, Manager of CM Group’s Instructional Design team said, "We’re working with QNB to develop something a little different from traditional eLearning. The programme is a comprehensive new starter curriculum that utilises a 3D learning-management-system interface and multiple different learning assets to encourage learners to explore and build their learning experience themselves."
