Atlanta, GA (USA), March 2010 - Kaplan IT Learning has announced completion of its acquisition of Atlantic Link, a leading provider of collaborative rapid-eLearning authoring software. The integration of their complementary product portfolio into the Kaplan IT Learning suite of products allows clients to benefit from an unrivalled range of learning products and solutions.

The acquisition of Atlantic Link supports Kaplan IT Learning's strategy of providing a variety of quality training products, services, and solutions across a global market. "We are very excited to join forces with Atlantic Link", says Brian Sholly, President of Kaplan IT Learning.

"This rare opportunity will allow Kaplan to expand our market presence globally and offer a much larger selection of products. Our clients are very interested in creating professional training lessons for soft skills as well as IT-application training, so bringing Atlantic Link on board will help meet their needs."

Mike Alcock, Managing Director of Atlantic Link says, "We are delighted to become part of Kaplan IT Learning. Our complementary product suites will offer our customers a complete solution for all of their eLearning needs, with the strength and reassurance of the Kaplan brand behind them."
