Great interest in Business Process Guidance from IMC

Saarbrücken (GER), February 2013 - The LIVECONTEXT team at IMC AG has summed up the last few months as overwhelmingly positive. With its high-performance support approach, a new look and feel, and increased functionality, the Business Process Guidance solution has impressed IMC customers. The great interest also displayed by international sales partners has confirmed the product's high level of innovation.

With the Business Process Guidance software, IMC AG supports companies and their employees in an informal and context-sensitive way with application knowledge of all sorts of different software systems and business processes. This could mean introducing software, a change process or general process support. LIVECONTEXT can provide assistance with all the software systems used in the company - while the user is working with the software. The possibilities for use are manifold.

For example, the German V+R Bnks in Darmstadt and Groß Gerau, as part of their merger to become Volksbank Südhessen - Darmstadt eG, were looking for a solution to make all their employees competent in the shared core banking system to be used in the future. As this application will also be subject to constant change after initial training, LIVECONTEXT represents the perfect tool for long-term and adaptable support, especially as instruction in other software applications such as MS Office can be provided at the same time with the Business Process Guidance solution.

Frank Milius, Board Member at IMC, is pleased by the positive balance sheet from the previous year. "The great demand from both new and existing IMC customers is confirmation that our approach of guiding the user through the individual processes, and thus saving them numerous clicks and queries, reflects the spirit of the times."

Obviously, the numerous new sales partners IMC has brought on board for LIVECONTEXT have recognized this. Finland's Consulo, the leading specialist for software-transition-process management has incorporated the IMC Business Process Guidance solution into its portfolio and is currently in the process of implementing it with one of the world's largest telecommunications providers. In Germany, LIVECONTEXT is offered by the sales partners ISIKON, KÖLNDATA, trainers4training, and consultants at work GmbH. Excelsius AG in Switzerland has also incorporated the system into its portfolio to be used for process support.

The positive developments in demand are also reflected in the product, whose further development is ongoing. With a completely different look and feel, and additional functions, the usability of LIVECONTEXT is being improved once more and adapted to current customer requirements.
