Competence in Classroom Training and Distance Learning
To go one step further, doesn't this discussion imply that providers need to offer competencies both for classroom training and for distance learning? This, in turn raises the question of whether they are aware of this demand? And what about the customer side: Do they prefer full-service trainers providers with eLearning competencies, or would they still rather work with specialised partners?
CHECK.point eLearning, IMC, and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) want to do a reality check in the form of a survey to understand how deeply technology-enhanced learning is established in your training processes. The survey addresses training providers as well as companies that offer in-house training to their employees. Besides the status of technology-enhanced learning, the focus is on finding out what customers need and what training providers offer.
CHECK.point eLearning, IMC, and EFMD - as well as your eLearning colleagues - will very much appreciate your help in this effort and kindly request that you take part. Completion of the survey takes less than ten minutes. If you leave us your e-mail address, you will receive a complimentary copy of the results.
