Atlantic Link Certified as a "Top 20% Performer"
The Open Ratings Review requires that an organization seeking certification submit all company data, including operations overview, marketing, sales revenue, financial, and a list of clients who had received services or purchased products from it prior to the evaluation.
"We're very happy that Open Ratings has provided us with such honors and high scores. This can be attributed to our ongoing commitment with each and every client who takes advantage of our rapid-eLearning solutions", says Mark Sharp, VP North American Operations at Atlantic Link.
Each year, Open Ratings helps thousands of companies secure contracts with large purchasing organizations such as the GSA by verifying their performance with Past Performance Evaluations. The customer-satisfaction metrics that are evaluated include reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support, and responsiveness.
The PPE score is based on the survey feedback of between four and twenty verified references. This process also provides the U.S. market and the private and public sectors with a detailed performance rating for key aspects of supplier performance and distribution of feedback. For each of the survey questions, the responses are rated on a 0 to 10 scale and categorized as "positive" (9 to 10), "neutral" (5 to 8), or "negative" (0 to 4).
"We have all heard and felt how tough the economy has been lately. Organizations producing eLearning need a way to build their courses faster and smarter. Our tools allow everyone involved in the authoring process to collaborate in real time from any location and dramatically speed up the development and deployment of eLearning", concludes Sharp.
