A Training Community for Growth Engineering's LMS customers

Windsor (UK), February 2016 - Growth Engineering, a multi-award-winning learning-technologies company, has launched a new dedicated platform for all of its customers to share best practise and learn about the product. Academy Superheroes is a training community for all of Growth Engineering's Academy LMS customers.

Academy Superheroes is a platform built using the same gamified social Academy LMS that each customer has already licensed. It's used as a customer-excellence tool to assist with training clients and to demonstrate new functionality.

The site allows customers to experience life on the platform as a learner and is stocked with a library of training videos, games, and quizzes that is updated on a regular basis. This lets customers learn how to use every feature of their product to the fullest, which in turn makes a big impact on the experience they can deliver to their learners.

In addition, Growth Engineering's staff populate the platform as “experts” and can be asked questions about their area of expertise at any time.

By placing every customer on the same platform, a community is also being formed. Using all of the social features of the Academy LMS, customers are able to share best practise with each other and be inspired to utilise their own Academies in ways they'd never even considered before.

Finally, the platform is being used to organise regular webinar sessions. These sessions allow Growth Engineering's staff and customers to discuss an individual feature or topic in detail and give customers the opportunity to suggest potential future developments.
