The Open Project Laboratory |

will be presented in an open and inclusive way. Community building in

The EFQUEL Board of Directors Would Like You to Know ... |
 Brussels (BE), September 2009 - In 2007, Dr. Claudio Dondi
was elected president of EFQUEL during the annual General Membership
Meeting at the EDEN conference in Lisbon. The commitment is Dr. Dondi’s
third: The very experienced European professional also plays leadership
roles in SCIENTER and MENON. The same year, Dr. Ulf-Daniel Ehlers assumed
EFQUEL’s vice-presidency. He works at the University of Duisburg-Essen,
which is one of the founding members of EFQUEL. The organization was
established as one of the end-products of the TRIANGLE project in 2004.

Interaction with Famous Speakers |

Brussels (BE) /Helsinki (FI), September 2009 - The EFQUEL Innovation Forum
2009 will cover a broad range of topics in eLearning and quality, and
international keynote speakers will deliver innovative thoughts and
examples of how to transfer them into practice. Every keynote is
"moderated", which means that not only participants who are physically
present at the Forum can interact with the keynote speaker; visitors
watching the live stream can also post their comments and questions.

How EFQUEL Defines Quality |
Brussels (BE), September 2009 – Rolf Reinhardt is Executive Manager of the
European Foundation for Quality in eLearning (EFQUEL). He is in charge of
the operative work of the Foundation, including networking, marketing, and
European projects. In an interview with CHECK.point eLearning,
Reinhardt explains the Foundation’s activities and the meaning of
networking on an international level.

The Creative Use of ICT in Higher Education |

Brussels (BE) / Gdansk (P), September 2009 - The UNIQUe Quality Label for
the innovative and creative use of ICT in higher education was officially
launched during the EDEN Conference in Gdansk. At the EFQUEL Innovation
Forum 2009, the participants can gather information at various events with
reviewers, representatives of universities that have been accredited with
the Quality Label, and members of the the UNIQUe consortium.
