Karlsruhe, March 2005 – The Islamic Republic of Iran, the Middle East’s second most populous country and its second-largest economy, has introduced one of the most ambitious national ICT educational plans in the region. The Iranian government has initiated a national ICT Agenda (INICTA), which puts significant emphasis on supporting and enhancing new educational impulses in Iranian universities. Joscha Remus, for CHECKpoint eLearning, met with Nasrollah Jahangard, Director of the High Council of Informatics and Special Advisor to the President on ICT at the didacta in Stuttgart. Their discussion covered the recent progress in the country. 
Stuttgart, March 2005 – CeBIT’s eLearning day brought it to light. Weblogs, Wikis and Social Software will play an important part in the corporate knowledge management in the future.
